Data requests and deletion

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or give it to you in a portable format. This includes data held for users of the Hapis BMS Suite apps.

Email contact@hapis.tech with the subject “Data request”. Tell us your name, the email address or account you used with us, which service it concerns, and what you would like us to do.

• We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting, so that we never release or delete someone else's data.
• We respond within one month. If a request is complex we may extend this, and we will tell you why.
• When we delete data we confirm it by email. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept for as long as the law requires, and we will tell you if that applies.
