Context

The part that does the most work. Describe the situation as it is today, then what you want to be different.

What is happening now, and what is not working? *Useful to include: the tools and processes already in use, who is affected, how often the problem bites, and anything the work has to fit around — systems, suppliers, approvals or a deadline.What would a good outcome change?A result someone would notice: time recovered, errors avoided, a decision made sooner, work that no longer needs chasing.
